Job Purpose

§  To develop, formulate, articulate, and report Etisalat Misr long term HR, Admin, and Procurement Strategy to achieve corporate and Etisalat Group business objectives, Smart Spending and talent strategies. 

§  Define and design Strategic Projects and Major operational KPIs for the HR, Admin, and Procurement departments, while overseeing the planning & execution of the strategy

Strategy Formulation\:

Manage the strategic framework & planning process necessary for setting and formulate the HR and Admin long term strategies & ensure sync with 

§  Corporate strategy and Etisalat Group direction

§  Ensure people, vendors, and customers aspects fulfilment in all HR, Admin, and Procurement activities

§  Develop utilization & PESTEL analysis and Scenario planning to determine potential efficiency and productivity enhancements

§  Assess and track HR, Admin, and Procurement Risks and strategy execution risks and report to top management

§  Ensure Integration of the Strategy formulation and operation plans with the HR and Admin strategic plan achievement

§  Managing the HR and Admin Strategy related project streams with Corp strategy, Group, & key stakeholders across the organization

§  Periodical monitor and review of HR and Admin Strategy & KPIs while providing necessary recommendations for meeting strategic objectives

§  Review calendar progress & projects launches vs. set plan & strategy

§  Report progress to top management and Etisalat Group

Ensure strategies are alignment with corporate culture, engagement report, excellence report, and organization direction

PMO\:

§  Design and deliver strategic projects based on best practices.

Lead projects’ plan through strategic 

§  programs across the HR and Admin and report progress to top management

§  Ensure projects’ deliverable quality and assess activities effectiveness according to best practices

§  Development of the HR and Admin projects launch calendar and ensure adherence to the set yearly strategy – Strategic focus areas alignment

§  HR and Admin interface for all project launches with other departments and external entities

§  Manage Key HR and Admin related conflicts & activities with all stakeholders

§  Report Risk associated with strategic projects to Etisalat top management

§  IT/HR and Admin SPOC to ensure development and alignment with project plans

§  Align with Internal Communication to ensure proper positioning with alignment to corporate culture and communication calendar

Ensure proper change management plan associated with each strategic project

Organization Development\:

Lead the Organization Development function to maintain the organization health, ensure talents are properly retained, utilized and engaged, design holistic corporate wide interventions

§  Analyse, design and manage organization change programs for all strategic projects across the organization.

§  Report Statistics and Trends to ensure adopting best practices and organization efficiency, induce predictive measures and provide decision support with analytical reports.

§  Streamline Etisalat Group activities within the HR and Admin & handling required Op-co planning, execution & drafting required presentations for Group Management

§  Provide recommendations for setting priorities of project implementations based on cost optimization/Smart Spending & strategic importance

§  End-to-End benchmarking against similar industries & providing best practices and international experiences of leading organizations. Attend all related seminars and workshops

§  Present Etisalat Misr in all OD related seminars and Employer branding events

§  Provide new and fresh ideas and opportunities that can support the business to meet its strategic objectives with supporting data from the HR and Admin perspectives

§  Leading Group related and special projects and initiatives and align with all OPCOs for sharing best practices

Design and lead R&D projects with alignment to Etisalat Group strategic direction

Engagement and Corporate Culture\:

§  Manage and guide organization wide initiatives to improve the organization engagement level.

§  Manage annual Engagement Survey with Etisalat Group and present analysis to top management

§  Entrench Etisalat Culture in the HR, Admin, and Procurement as well as across the organization

Lead and Design Team Building activities across the organization

Analytics\:

§  Drafting Executive Committee & Board – HR and Admin performance analysis documents; highlighting Etisalat HR and Admin operational KPIs (e.g. Board & EC presentation, Quarter & Annual Performance reports)

Provide top management with analytical reports and insights for organization effectiveness and best practices

Operation Excellence\:

Ensure HR and Admin Operation Excellence by leading the Excellence project and ensure aliment with operation plans
