Responsibilities

  • Manage day-to-day production activities, ensuring adherence to safety and quality standards.
  • Develop and implement production schedules to meet customer demands.
  • Monitor production metrics and identify areas for improvement.
  • Train, mentor, and manage production staff to promote a culture of continuous improvement.
  • Collaborate with the quality assurance team to maintain high product standards.
  • Oversee inventory management and ensure optimal stock levels.


Qualifications

  • At least 3 years in the same position and 10-15 years in the production Department.
  • Understanding 5S, and Lean Six Sigma Techniques.
  • Bachelor’s degree in production engineering or any relevant field.
