- Proven work experience as a digital printer operator or similar role
- Knowledge of print production and finishing processes
- Ability to read and understand job orders and technical specifications
- Attention to detail and problem-solving skills
- Good physical condition and endurance to work with heavy machinery
- High school diploma or equivalent; technical training and certification in printing technology is a plus
