RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Estimation of fire alarm, emergency lighting (central battery and Central monitoring), Voice evacuation, Fire telephone and PAVA systems.
- Effective communication skills in English and strong attention to details.
- Extensive knowledge in Minimum requirements / Value engineering for estimating life safety systems.
- Reviewing and validating the received documents from Client including specifications, drawings, etc.
- Responsible for providing accurate and timely estimates for projects, ensuring that projects are completed efficiently and within budgetary constraints.
- Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively with other team members.
- Experience in UAE / Gulf projects with basic knowledge in UAE Fire Life Safety Code.
Skills
PREFERRED QUALIFICATION:
Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering / Electrical Engineering
SYSTEM KNOWLEDGE:
Fire Alarm system, Emergency lighting system (Central monitoring & Central Battery), Voice evacuation system, PAVA system, Fire telephone system, Disabled Fire alarm system.
EXPERIENCE:
Minimum 2 - 3 years in Fire protection field
