- Coordinate with cross-functional teams, including production, procurement, and logistics, to align production schedules with business objectives.
- Analyze production data, including capacity utilization, material requirements, and production lead times, to identify opportunities for process improvements and cost optimization.
- Conduct regular planning meetings to communicate production schedules, identify potential bottlenecks, and ensure smooth execution of production plans.
- Collaborate with suppliers and vendors to ensure timely delivery of raw materials and components, maintaining optimal inventory levels to support production schedules.
- Perform data analysis and generate reports to track production performance, monitor KPIs, and provide insights for decision-making.
- Mentor and train junior planning staff, providing guidance and support to enhance their skills and capabilities.
Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering or related field.Experience in planning, preferably in the garment or textile manufacturing industry is must.Proficiency in material and production planning processes.Strong data analysis skills, with proficiency in Excel and experience in generating reports and analyzing production data.ICDL certification with a passed Excel exam.Intermediate or above proficiency in English, both written and verbal.Ability to work under pressure and adapt to changing priorities.Willingness to work night shifts as required by production needs.
