Key Responsibilities:

• Project Leadership: Lead and manage the project engineering team to deliver mechanical and electrical components of engineering projects on time and within budget.
• Design & Development Oversight: Provide technical guidance on the design, development, and integration of mechanical and electrical systems, ensuring compliance with specifications, standards, and regulations.
• Cross-Functional Collaboration: Coordinate with project managers, contractors, and other engineering disciplines to ensure alignment of project objectives and seamless execution.
• Risk & Issue Management: Proactively identify potential risks or challenges in the project lifecycle and develop mitigation strategies to resolve them effectively.
• Quality Assurance: Ensure all engineering work complies with industry standards, safety regulations, and client requirements, while maintaining the highest levels of quality.
• Client & Stakeholder Communication: Serve as the key point of contact for clients, stakeholders, and contractors, providing regular updates and addressing any technical concerns or changes to the project scope.
• Resource Allocation: Oversee resource planning and allocation, ensuring the right engineering talent and materials are available to meet project demands.
• Documentation & Reporting: Maintain accurate and up-to-date project documentation, including design specifications, progress reports, and change orders.
• Continuous Improvement: Promote a culture of continuous improvement by identifying opportunities to enhance project execution and engineering processes.
