1. Developing production plans for departments, monitoring their implementation, identifying deviations and remedying them.
2. Monitor the resolution of all bottlenecks on production lines and production departments and take measures to prevent their recurrence.
3. Reviewing the preparation of production plans of operating departments to determine the needs of the production plan in terms of raw materials and supplies
4. Follow up with the Supply and Logistics Department to provide purchase orders for the production plan of supplies or raw materials
5. Study the issues and obstacles facing the production processes and work to solve them.
6. Monitoring the application of discipline within the production halls by enforcing regulations and systems.
7. Coordinate and cooperate with the supply, maintenance and quality departments in order to ensure the achievement of production goals.
8. Review and control production rates, labor and consumption of raw materials and components for production and work to improve them .
9. Daily monitoring of shutdowns, restarts and production interruptions and taking corrective and preventive measures to avoid or minimize them.

11. Participate in developing plans to improve product quality in coordination with the quality department.
12. Supervise the implementation of plans to minimize customer complaints about the product.
13. Establish procedures to minimize and eliminate returned and defective products.
14. Continuously work to reduce costs and minimize downtime and stoppages.
15. Work to rationalize spending by ensuring the optimal use of resources according to production requirements.
16. Provide innovations that help improve production efficiency and solve issues and obstacles facing production processes.
17. Provide feedback on product line expansion projects, product development and new product trials.
