Primary Objective:
To lead the branch, ensuring the achievement of operational and financial targets, providing the highest level of customer service, and managing daily operations to ensure efficiency and productivity.
Responsibilities:
Daily Operations Management:
- Organize and coordinate all activities and tasks within the branch to ensure smooth workflow.
- Ensure operational goals are met and customer needs are satisfied.
Team Management:
- Guide, train, and support staff to enhance their skills and performance.
- Distribute tasks among employees and supervise their performance.
Financial Goal Achievement:
- Prepare branch budgets and contribute to monthly and annual financial target planning.
- Monitor expenses and revenue to achieve profitability goals.
Customer Service:
- Ensure a high level of service and meet customer needs.
- Effectively and professionally resolve customer issues and complaints.
Public Relations Management:
- Build strong relationships with customers, suppliers, and relevant stakeholders.
- Engage with the local community and promote the branch to enhance the company’s image.
Reporting and Data Preparation:
- Prepare branch performance reports and present them to senior management regularly.
- Analyze data and make informed decisions to improve branch performance.
Compliance with Policies and Procedures:
- Ensure branch adherence to company policies and procedures.
- Implement and apply quality and safety standards.
Qualifications:Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or a related field.Minimum of 3 to 5 years of experience in branch or operations management.Excellent leadership skills with the ability to solve problems and make decisions.Required Skills:Strong communication and interpersonal skills.Excellent analytical and management skills.Proficiency in computer programs such as Microsoft Office.
