HSE Engineer

  • Plan, develop and implement occupational health and environmental inspection plans, objectives and targets. 
  • Provide professional support and advice to the Senior Management Team and Staff on Occupational Safety, Health, Environmental and Quality matters.
  • Constantly working to improve HSE policies, procedures, and practices to minimize risks and enhance performance.
  • Assist staff and contractors in compliance with relevant legislation, client standards and contractual arrangements, and ensure staff and managers safety engagement to maximize improvements in safety performance.
  • Establish and maintain Safety Management System Procedures and drive the philosophy of safety ownership throughout the company.
  • Responsible for reviewing accident and incident reports and investigation.
  •  Monitoring and evaluating the environmental impact of all processes, 
  • Conducting internal audits and compliance assessments to ensure that HSE policies and procedures are followed
  • organizing training sessions to promote a culture of safety and environmental awareness among personnel
  • Carry out all risk assessment activities and develop health and safety action plans, contingency plans and emergency training.
  • Ensure Risk Management process is applied to all production activities.
  • Ensure the implementation of all procedures related to safety regulations and occupational health and environmental affairs.
  • The formation of committees of safety and occupational health at the level of management and plant.
  • Preparation, study and analysis of customer complaints concerning safety and occupational health.

Design, implement and document, in collaboration with the management team, the prevention and protection measures for the health and safety of people and the environment.


Appropriate university degree.Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in the same field (heavy industry is preferred).A professional certificate in industrial safety practices is preferable.Expertise in auditing operations for compliance with safety and environmental requirements and the ability to develop and execute compliance improvement plans.Strong communication skills to effectively convey safety and environmental policies, procedures, and training to personnel at all levels.Proficiency in understanding and implementing safety and environmental regulationknowledge of computer applications.Fully proficient in the English language written and spoken.
