· Revising and Analyzing subcontractors account (Accumulative progress, deductions, advanced payment balances and submitting for reducing their LGs)
· Participation in monthly, quarterly and yearly GL closing and correct posting errors by adjusting journal entries under instructions from section head
· Analyzing balance sheets and general ledger for subsidiary companies accounts.
· Accounts reconciliation for amortizations prepaid, retainage and accounts payable ledgers.
· Preparing fixed asset depreciation and accruals.
· Maintains accounting controls by following policies and procedures; complying with federal state, and local financial legal requirements.
· Accomplish accounting and organization mission by completing related results as needed.
