About The role
The Senior Electrical, Instrumentation & Automation Engineer will be responsible to manage the Electrical and Instrumental equipment performance, operation & maintenance and will serve Beni Suef, Sadat, October plants. You will have to perform the electrical and instrumentation maintenance activities to meet production and company goals within the frame of work in addition to configuring and updating the PLC system, while maintaining a high level of work's quality, safety, and health and environment in compliance with the production unit.
You will also manage a team of technicians in our site in 6th October and report directly to the Maintenance Manager.
Frequency of traveling: 30% - twice per week
Organize planned maintenance of Elect.& Instr. equipments as per job plans and suppliers manuals with support of maintenance technicians and subcontractorsInspects / surveys and continually improves the condition of plant Elect.& Instr. equipments; establishes specifications and standards for maintenance (IMS,…), for plant assets and new equipments (if any)Ensure that ASU and associated equipments running at maximum productivity and minimizing downtime to reach required efficiency.Develop job plans & MOC as required for maintenance tasks. In addition to any relative requirement from IMSPerform advanced troubleshooting of equipment or systems not performing as expected.Compile and record maintenance data and tests/inspections/calibrations results through MaximoLead maintenance technicians to reach maximum performanceensure the availability of spare parts according to vulnerability study requirements by following procurement cycles. participate on the preparation of plant budget and follow up cost of maintenanceCommunicate broadly and frequently with the operation & maintenance Support teams and the other areas engineers and hub expertsSupport the area and CMT in the planning and execution of major repairs and TAR'sLead and support for upgrades and new projects considering high level of safety and qualityConfiguring and upgrading the PLC system.
About You
Electrical Engineering Bachelor Degree 5-7 years of experience in Electrical.& Instrumentation maintenance and automation of PLCFluent EnglishExperience in Siemens PLC systemSolid Safety & quality knowledgeMaximo backgroundSolid Knowledge of Maintenance ManagementAdvanced planning & reporting skills
