Acknowledge of Labor law , and well-practiced  within the courts and other relevant government authorities.
Acknowledge of Companies and investment Laws , and well-practiced  within the areas of companies Establishments , conducting the company AGMs , and dealing with GAFI on e.g .. attesting AGMs, BOD meetings , amendment of company license / renew , amendment of company AOA , and other services related.
Possess 5 to 6 years of PQE
BAR ID , not less than First instance ID ,… Appeal ID is preferred but not mandatory if other requirements exists
