We are seeking an experienced Project Manager with a strong background in software development and Agile project management. The ideal candidate will have 3 to 5 years of experience and a keen understanding of managing projects effectively within an Agile environment. Preference will be given to candidates who have experience managing educational or e-learning projects.
Key Responsibilities:
- Plan, execute, and oversee project phases, ensuring timely delivery within scope and budget.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including software developers, designers, and stakeholders, to define project requirements and set expectations.
- Manage project timelines, identify risks, and develop strategies for effective project delivery.
- Lead Agile meetings, including sprint planning, daily stand-ups, and retrospectives, to optimize team performance and project flow.
- Develop project documentation, including reports, status updates, and project progress for stakeholders.
- Monitor and track project KPIs and performance metrics, ensuring project milestones are met and objectives are achieved.
- Provide leadership and guidance to project team members, fostering an environment of collaboration and innovation.
Requirements:
- Experience: 3 to 5 years of experience as a Project Manager, preferably in software or technology-driven projects.
- Educational Background: Bachelor's degree in Project Management, Computer Science, Business, or a related field.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in Agile methodologies and Agile software tools (e.g., JIRA, Trello).
- Software Knowledge: Solid understanding of software development lifecycles and project management within Agile frameworks.
- Preferred Experience: Experience in educational or e-learning project management is highly desirable.
- Communication: Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to engage and coordinate with diverse teams and stakeholders.
- Problem Solving: Proven analytical skills with a proactive approach to identifying project risks and issues.
