  1. General Ledger Maintenance:
  • Manage and maintain the general ledger, ensuring all transactions are recorded accurately and in a timely manner.
  • Reconcile all accounts, including bank statements and balance sheet accounts, to ensure accuracy.
  1. Financial Reporting:
  • Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements in compliance with accounting standards.
  • Assist in the preparation of financial reports for management and stakeholders.
  1. Journal Entries:
  • Prepare and post journal entries, ensuring proper documentation and authorization.
  • Review and analyze journal entries for accuracy and completeness.
  1. Month-End and Year-End Close:
  • Participate in the month-end and year-end closing processes, ensuring all financial data is accurately reflected.
  • Assist in the preparation of audit schedules and support external auditors during audits.
