Budget preparation, Monitoring, follow up to meet company target.
Mobilization and coordination of Equipment, tools, and manpower when required on a call basis (on a daily rate).
Handling any critical activities and solving problems that might happen in the contract.
Ensure continuous improvement and enhancement of the project and manpower.
Cost Control for anything related to the Contract. In respect to COMPANY, justifies costs, defines works progress, prepares for invoicing, and supplies data for the Monthly Report.
Procurement (when are not available in COMPANY's warehouse and authorized by COMPANY) of Spare Parts and Material
Coordination of the activities for other contractors or sub-contractors in case of joint activities even carried out at the same time in the same working areas
Ensure the proper logistics, accommodation, and transportation means are compliant with COMPANY's regulations. Management of compensation, insurance, logistics, professional training, and work execution.
Keeping staff motivated and focused and hiring new employees when required.
Studying new tenders, estimating costs and issue required documents.
Full adherence to COMPANY's HSE regulation; Ensure the Security, safety of the CONTRACTOR employees within the framework of the Contract.
