The IT Secretary is responsible for providing administrative support to the IT department. This role involves managing schedules, handling correspondence, maintaining records, and assisting with various IT-related tasks to ensure smooth departmental operations.
- Administrative Support:
- Provide administrative assistance to the IT team, including scheduling meetings, managing calendars, and organizing travel arrangements.
- Prepare and distribute meeting agendas and minutes.
- Communication:
- Serve as a point of contact for internal and external communications related to the IT department.
- Handle incoming calls, emails, and inquiries, ensuring timely responses.
- Documentation Management:
- Maintain and organize departmental files, documents, and records, both electronic and paper-based.
