- Operate and assist in maintaining all TWMA equipment whilst ensuring all health, safety, and environmental issues connected with TWMA and client operations are adhered to.
- Integrate with team members and client personnel and assist with gathering data as directed and explained by Lead and Senior Lead Engineers.
- Manage and operate the equipment within TWMA working procedures in association with Client procedures and requirements.
- Develop and utilize an understanding of process operations.
- Liaise with client personnel and TWMA team members to gather relevant data and record as directed.
- Assist with any maintenance of mechanical equipment if required and appropriate.
- Report any issues with analyzed raw materials to the Lead Engineer.
- Ensure the process feed pump is monitored by work procedures to prevent blockages of the feed pump bowl and feed pump which will cause unplanned downtime of equipment.
- Ensure that all required operational inspections are carried out as requested by the Lead Engineer such as plant greasing, and visual inspections of plant and equipment throughout the operation and this is logged on the plant operations log.
- Support the close out of RotoMill Job cards ensuring the JC is completed.
- Monitor process through the use of a PLC control system and be able to respond to changes in parameters that may affect the process or lead to shutdown.
- Assist the Lead Engineer to perform prestart-up checks.
- Advise the reporting line of any issues with sample analysis and undertake corrective action as required.
- Complete daily hand-over, unit stoppage, engine, and process summary reports as required.
- Request maintenance materials as required by company procedures for ordering materials to the Lead Engineer.
- Undertake maintenance tasks as communicated by the Lead Engineer where required as per maintenance planning requirements.
- Contribute towards quality control of maintenance work.
- Ensure that all operations comply with the Company and Client operating policies and procedures.
- Ensure that all operations comply with the Company Health and Safety policy.
Holding a bachelor’s degree in mechanical/electrical/ petroleum Engineering.From 1-3 years working of experience preferred in the Oil & Gas Industry.Safety awareness training.Good written and verbal communication skills in English.Quick and eager to learn new skills and working practices; flexible and practical approach to situations and well-able to integrate into new environments; physically and mentally fit to cope with change.Confident dealing with people at all levels; capable of communicating technical information effectively.Gives and receives constructive feedback.Ensures that regular consistent communication takes place within the area of responsibility.
