Delta Contracting Company is looking for a skilled Electrical Site Engineer to lead and oversee electrical installations on key projects. This role involves extensive coordination with multidisciplinary teams and hands-on supervision to ensure the highest standards of electrical systems implementation.

Location:

Safaga City, Egypt

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and supervise the installation, testing, and commissioning of electrical systems, including power distribution, lighting, fire alarms, and communication systems.
• Collaborate with engineers, architects, and civil teams to ensure seamless electrical integration within projects, especially in administrative buildings.
• Conduct on-site inspections to maintain quality and safety standards.
• Develop and monitor detailed project schedules using CPM methodologies, ensuring timely completion of all electrical components.
• Provide technical guidance and troubleshooting support to site workers and contractors during installation.
• Ensure compliance with local and international electrical codes and standards.
• Supervise and review electrical submittals, shop drawings, and project documentation.
• Uphold safety protocols and quality checks throughout all phases of work.

Technical Skills:

• Proficient in AutoCAD, DIAlux, and DIALux Evo.
• Knowledgeable in project management tools such as Microsoft Project or Primavera.
• In-depth understanding of electrical systems and industry standards.
• Strong problem-solving abilities with a focus on implementing effective solutions.

Leadership & Planning:

• Lead a team of technicians to ensure smooth and efficient project execution.
• Strong project planning skills to track progress and meet both short- and long-term goals.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and teams while ensuring on-time delivery.
• Excellent communication skills for liaising with internal teams, suppliers, and vendors.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or related field.
• 2-5 years of experience in electrical distribution, preferably within administrative buildings.
• Solid experience in project management and on-site supervision.
