Finance Manager

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and oversee the daily operations of the finance department, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, and payroll.
  • Ensure timely and accurate preparation of financial statements, budgets, and financial reports.
  • Develop and maintain financial policies and procedures to ensure compliance with regulations and best practices.
  • Monitor cash flow and financial performance, identifying areas for improvement and implementing strategies to optimize financial results.
  • Conduct financial analysis and provide insights to support decision-making and strategic planning.
  • Manage relationships with external stakeholders, such as auditors, banks, and vendors.
  • Lead and develop a team of finance professionals, providing guidance and support to ensure their success and growth.


Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting.
  • Minimum of 10 years of experience in a finance management role.
  • Strong understanding of financial principles and practices.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Proven experience in budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis.
  • Experience with financial software and systems.
  • Strong leadership and communication skills.
