Job Purpose
handle the day to day tasks & Ensure supporting the team members for all the activities & functions handled by the Enterprise Sale Operations fulfilment team
Report To Position Name
Handle the SRs required & fulfil the request same day received
Handle CRM/GSM orders same day from reaching support side with no backlog
Review contracts with agreed on check points for both Connectivity & GSM
Handle team training and plan correctly the required development plans related to team members
Handle the own work flow/ internal processes per Quarter & to be revamped when needed
Work on all sales out on detailed couriers & to be logged for the whole Enterprise (for both GSM & CRM)
Communicate the suspensions / rejections to team members on daily basis and follow up with team members the resolution within the SLAs
