<p><b>Job Purpose</b></p><p>Work within Technical Terminals team for different consumer and enterprise Terminals and SIMs activities. Technical certification, customization and quality assurance of new Terminals & SIMs and its compatibility with different technologies of 2G, 3G, LTE, IMS, …etc. Ensure Terminals & SIMs technical readiness to match Etisalat technology roadmap. Analyse and troubleshoot terminals and SIMs compatibility issues with Etisalat network. </P><p><b>Report To Position Name</b></p><p>Terminals, SIMs Certification, Testing and Acceptance\:
 Test and certify of mobile, fixed and broadband terminals.
 Test and certify SIMs from different vendors with existing Etisalat network (2G, 3G, 4G, LTE , …etc)
 Technical acceptance and certification for commercial Terminals Products 
Terminals & SIMs Customization
 Customize Planned terminals with vendors for Etisalat commercial requirements
 Technical Customization for Bundled Commercial Terminals to match with Etisalat Network setup
 Customize Terminals and SIMs software with vendors to support network capabilities
 Customize Etisalat terminals for Etisalat network new features
 Integrate IPv6 for different new Mobile Data & Fixed Terminals in the Market
Analyse Terminals customer experience\:
 Monitor Top Terminals behaviours and report network impact and findings.
 Check terminals detected issues, analyse it and support solving it.
 SIMs reporting and performance analyses
M2M Terminals\:
 Categorise M2M terminals and wearables including technical testing and validations with network technologies.
