This position works to apply audit procedures and assist in carrying out the audit work for all activities subject to
audit to identify risks.
Job Description
• Understand the work procedures of the department subject to audit, and record the work cycle,
procedures and flow charts of the auditable area as applied.
• Analyzing the steps of the different stages of the activity subject to audit in order to identify the existing
weaknesses.
• Participate in identifying the risks related to the department subject to audit and proposing the necessary
recommendations.
• Participate in preparing the audit requirements for the auditable area.
• Preparing working papers before starting audit using audit programs.
• Preparing the permanent file for each assignment and preparing the audit file and obtaining documents
supporting the risks discovered.• Participate with the direct manager in preparing the audit schedule each assignment.• ensure the implementation of written regulations and work procedures.• finalizing the audit procedures with his direct manager and assisting him in preparing a draft audit report.• discussing risks with the department subject to audit.• discussing the draft audit report with his direct manager and recording notes on the discussion process.• Amending the draft audit report after discussing it with either the middle management or with his directmanager.• Participate in the periodic follow-up on the audit reports in order to identify the extent ofimplementation of the recommendations previously agreed upon.• Assist in carrying out special and other tasks according to work progress.• Completion of other work assigned to him by the direct manager.Job Requirements• Bachelor of Commerce.Education level (No-Medium-High)• The ability to solve problems / goodcommunication skills / team working.Skills• (2:4) years - Industrial background ispreferred.Experience (Years - Field)
