Key Responsibilities:
• Supervise and support staff during shifts, ensuring top-notch customer service and smooth operational flow.
• Manage daily tasks such as opening/closing procedures, cash handling, and inventory control.
• Train, onboard, and provide ongoing guidance to new team members.
Requirements:
• Strong leadership and communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and remain calm under pressure.
• Flexibility to work evening and weekend shifts.
