Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role located in Giza, El-Sheikh Zayed for an Project Coordinator. As an Project Coordinator, you will be responsible for overseeing the product development and project management processes. Your day-to-day tasks will include developing and executing product strategies, managing project timelines and budgets, coordinating cross-functional teams, and ensuring successful product launches.
Responsibilities:
- Manage the entire Product lifecycle from strategic planning and feature roll out. Identify, conceptualize, and develop new products and any amendments/improvements to existing products.
- Collaborate with the development team to set priorities and ensure product developments/amendments are prioritized correctly and as per the business needs.
- Analyze data science and market trends and identify solutions to support development.
- Develop, lead, and implement projects such as company-wide go-to-market plans.
- Meet delivery deadlines in collaboration with other departments.
- Work collaboratively with partners assisting and troubleshooting to ensure that products are market competitive.
- Act as a Point of Contact for product features and any other relevant matter with the key stakeholders.
- Liaise with the Sales / Distribution team offering support and sharing knowledge on product to maximize sales.
- Developing project plans, goals, and budgets; identifying resources needed.
- Developing schedules and methods for measuring results.
- Guiding and performing strategic analysis for the project.
- Organizing and managing all phases of the project to ensure on-time completion.
- Assembling and coordinating project team members; assigning individual responsibilities.
- Preparing requests for proposals and conducting all necessary meetings to facilitate selection of project services and products.
- Planning and overseeing the preparation and dissemination of project communications.
- Efficient and effective collaboration with the development team and business teams to implement effective solutions the team.
- Liaise with colleagues effectively to resolve any faults with product delivery.
Qualifications
- Educated to BS/MS level (or equivalent) within a subject relevant to the position such as Computer Science, Engineering or Economics.
- 2-3 years of experience in IT Project management.
- PMP or other project management certifications are a plus.
- Ability to get hands-on in a complex operational environment.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and work to tight deadlines.
- Good commercial awareness and be able to demonstrate your competence in analyzing, reporting, and efficiently responding to data.
- Proven experience in developing and maintaining strong partner relationships.
- Target driven and have good numerical and analytical skills with an excellent eye for detail working with qualitative and quantitative data.
- Extensive experience in delivering highly successful and innovative product developments.
- Extensive experience with design and product testing.
- Good technical proficiency, literacy skills and a competent computer user.
- Experience working within the technology industry environment is highly desirable.
