Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Recruitment and OD Specialist to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for recruitment efforts and managing organizational development initiatives to support the company's growth and improve performance. You will work closely with department heads and HR teams to identify talent needs, enhance employee engagement, and ensure effective implementation of OD strategies.
Job Responsibilities:
- Manage end-to-end recruitment processes, including job postings, screening, interviewing, and onboarding.
- Develop and implement innovative talent acquisition strategies to attract top talent.
- Collaborate with department heads to assess workforce needs and create job descriptions.
- Coordinate organizational development initiatives focused on employee engagement, performance improvement, and talent management.
- Analyze data and provide recommendations to improve recruitment processes and employee retention.
- Support succession planning and career development programs.
- Ensure compliance with employment laws and regulations during the recruitment process.
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.A diploma in Human Resources is required.Proven experience in recruitment and organizational development, ideally within 3-5 years of experience Strong understanding of recruitment processes and talent management strategies.Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.Proficient in MS Office and HR software (e.g., ATS, performance management tools).Knowledge of labor laws and regulations.Must have previous experience in Industrial companyMust have previous experience in hiring Blue and white collars
