SOKNA Funeral Services is looking for a compassionate and driven Operations Lead to oversee our Care Team and Field Directors in Maadi. This role involves ensuring quality assurance, managing a collaborative team, and enhancing service delivery during sensitive moments in clients' lives.

Key Responsibilities:

- Ensure compliance with policies and standards.

- Evaluate team performance and implement improvements.

- Collaborate with hospitals to optimize operations.

- Motivate and develop team members.

- Recruit and onboard staff effectively.

- Manage scheduling and resource allocation.

- Prepare detailed reports on operations.

- Communicate updates and maintain accurate records.

Job Requirements:

- Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field.

- 2+ years in team management or mentoring, plus customer service experience.

- Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills.

- Empathy and emotional intelligence are crucial.
