Role Description
This is a full-time Vice President role at Global Expat Offshore, located in Cairo, Egypt, with on-site responsibilities. The VP will be a key leader, responsible for overseeing the strategic direction, managing operations, leading client acquisition, and driving business growth initiatives. This role also involves ensuring compliance with legal standards and contributing to the company’s expansion across global markets.
Note: This is an equity-based position, not a salaried job.
The chosen candidate will receive equity in the company in lieu of a traditional salary, aligning their incentives with the long-term success and growth of Global Expat Offshore.
Qualifications
- Proven leadership and strategic planning skills
- Expertise in offshore legal and tax consulting
- Strong business development and sales experience
- Experience in managing client relationships, particularly with high-net-worth individuals
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Deep understanding of global business and cross-cultural operations
- Fluency in English and a local language
- Minimum 5 years of top sales experience serving high-net-worth clients
- A Master’s degree in Law, Business Administration, Finance, or a related field is preferred
