Job Purpose\:
Project Management\:
Develop and implement the project management strategy aligned with the overall business objectives
Lead a high performing team of project managers, foster a collaborative and result oriented team culture
Oversee the segments' portfolio, ensuring projects are delivered on time, within scope and within the assigned budget
Develop and implement key performance indicators to measure and report on the project success
Prioritize and allocate resources based on the project need and strategic priorities
Establish and maintain strong relationship with key stakeholders across designated Telecom segment\: Young Professional, Mass, High Value, VDSL, MBB, Gated Communities
Ensure effective communication and collaboration between project teams and stakeholders
Identify and mitigate projects risks, ensuring proactive measures are in place to address potential issues
Identify and Implement best practice for risk management within the project framework
Conduct a regular project review and analysis to identify areas for improvement
Drive innovation within the project management function and champion continues improvement initiatives
Product Modelling\:
Manage Consumer solutions domains in terms of roadmap & marketing calendar in addition to managing and support the team members in product development aspects
Stay educated and well-read of industry trends and emerging technologies.
Responsible to ensure that all needed business/Processes for commercial launches is done after launch and to assure that the impact of the Launches is linked with Commercial KPI and to be an input for future launches prioritization.
Develop a score card compare commercial strategic goals with results in terms of Launches operational activates (aligning KPI's Vs output)
Key Responsibilities\:
Project Management\: Govern and Manage Commercial calendars\:
Manage Commercial roadmap for designated Telecom segment\: Young Professional, Mass, High Value, VDSL, MBB, Gated Communities
Formulate a yearly comprehensive program management plan in alignment with Commercial strategy, segments' roadmaps, IT plans; having the vision and long-term perspective that gives the organization direction.
Develop and lead the commercial plan in all Telecom designated area including Commercial projects' planning, financial planning, Budget planning/allocation, products deployment, Customer experience and Managed Services.
Lead and manage committees and segments' squads to plan and execute the strategic projects across the Commercial department.
Manage Planning and Delivery Teams for both Projects and Operations to successfully deliver the required portfolio of complex initiatives on day-to-day basis, own it from idea to deployment & launch, ensure delivering required quality sprints, within specified timeframe and cost and to achieve potential benefits defined in the business case.
Lead gates (G0, G1 and G2) meetings with different Commercial and Technical departments heads to grant approval and buy in for the new proposed business opportunities, share critical insights risking the concepts and provide status for go-to-market
Align and arrange with the Commercial Telecom Segments Heads an early plan for the next 6-months considering the approved strategies/directions and budget restrictions.
Issue and develop regular reports illustrating the updates in the commercial roadmap to keep top management aligned, and raise flag for any issues that might disturb the running commercial plans.
Align with different IT and Technical teams to setup new service designs considering future customer demands and different behavior trends.
Manage Planning & Implementing Strategic Trials/POCs (Business Readiness Tests)
Discuss & Align the needed Strategic trials, POCs and new technologies that serve company strategic directions in short and mid-term plan
Plan E2E Business Readiness Test and Resources for the needed Strategic trials/POCs along with concerned Technical Planning Teams, IT Planning teams and Vendors
Manage Implementation of tests & POCs in coordination with Planning, Deployment & operation teams.
Evaluate the trial results and recommend the way forward to successfully ensure Business Readiness and fast Go To Market (GTM) prior to new Products and services launch in the market.
Decision Support & Business Analysis
Manage with Commercial different teams (Insights, Pricing …. etc.) to Design & Develop strong, reliable & accurate Decision Support & Business Analysis Dashboards, methodologies, models & reports needed to enhance Customer experience and explore new profitable gaps to work on.
Manage with concerned teams post assessments, business Analysis, insights and business cases for potential & future revenue streams in our base to optimize the generated revenue in all designated Telecom segment\: Young Professional, Mass, High Value, VDSL, MBB, Gated Communities.
Report to Chief Commercial Officer reports and dashboards illustrating Deliverables/segment & Sprints/squad and other recommendations and way—forward on Monthly/quarterly basis, aiming to maximize the deliverables and achieve commitments on quarter basis,
Identify, monitor and manage potential risks in order to minimize the negative impact and business instability in all designated Telecom segment\: Young Professional, Mass, High Value, VDSL, MBB, Gated Communities.
Coordinate with Commercial Squads of all designated Telecom segment\: Young Professional, Mass, High Value, VDSL, MBB, Gated Communities to gather all requirements on yearly basis for portfolio enhancements required along the year and align it with IT Demand and Delivery Teams to ensure addressing these requirements, following up on the implementation of the required solutions, reporting progress to management & solve all obstacles occur during the year.
Track and ensure all delivery activities and unsettled concerns raised in Commercial Telecom & Enablers forums and section heads meetings are closely monitored, solved and impact on business shared with business
Prepare management RAG slides on monthly basis illustrating the main critical flags for management alignment covering the managed segments and risks on top/main moves.
Plan and manage all cross-function activities between EBU, IT, Commercial, Administration, MarCom, Finance & Technical to address, design & implement Gated portfolio prior to launch to ensure top-quality launch and enable smooth operations & commercial activities and hence achieving Commercial targets.
Monitor E2E process of Gated Commercial acquisitions, escalate violated SLAs.
Product Modelling\:
Support Commercial teams to develop & launch more efficient Capabilities and Platforms on the short term that contribute in generating new revenue streams for the organization. Work with IT/Technical Team to create new value streams, platforms and engines to serve the strategic objectives
Manage cross-functional technical operational activities that require alignment, enhancement and business rules tuning between the different Commercial departments as well as Technical, IT and Finance departments to enhance productivity, efficiency and reach the ultimate customer experience. That includes managing all Commercial entities involved, and recommending improvements to all management processes, technical system updates.
Investigate & resolve operational issues that affect one or more of\: ET network KPIs, Customer Satisfaction Index, Revenue leakage or fraud cases. Define repetitive complaints' root cause as well as process gaps that need enhancements in the technical design to close fraud gaps and stop revenue leakages.
