- Build up and managing of a finance team (in total 2 employees) and implementation of an accounting software in order to fulfil the Egyptian legal and tax.
- Performing and monitoring the day-to-day financial operations.
- Manage all aspects of the financial close activities, including booking month-end journal entries, and performing annual financial statement
- Provide insightful monthly financial reports.
- Analyze costs, pricing, variable contributions, sales results and the company’s actual performance compared to the business plans on regular basis and keep audience informed
- Leading the senior executives through all planning cycles (budget, forecast, and strategic plan) and manage the preparation of the company’s budget and forecasts
- Approval of financial activities, review of payroll prior to submission, assisting General Manager on ad hoc projects, manage payment runs, performing general admin
● Proven work experience as a Head of Finance, Director of Finance or similar role● In-depth understanding of cash flow management, bank reconciliation and bookkeeping● Hands-on experience with budgeting and risk management● Excellent knowledge of data analysis and forecasting models● Proficiency in accounting software● Solid analytical and decision-making skills● Leadership abilities● BSc/BA in Accounting, Finance or relevant field● MSc/MBA or relevant certification (e.g. CFA/CPA) is a plus
