- Be responsible for the operation of the machines with standard KPIs.
- Take prompt action to solve process problems to ensure safety, product quality, machine efficiency etc.
- Review production schedules, engineering specifications, process flows, and other information to understand methods and activities in manufacturing.
- Troubleshoot and solve machines problems.
- Makes routine adjustments to machine controls and guides, consistent with standard operating procedures.
- Adjust as needed all secondary equipment including, but not limited to machine material blender systems, conveyors, grinders, etc.
- Maintain process documentation and standard operating procedures (SOPs).
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (maintenance, quality, planning and warehousing) for seamless process implementation.
- Utilize data analysis tools to monitor and optimize process performance.
- Maintain the work area and equipment in a clean and organized (5S),
- Follow all required safety policies and regulations
- Work safely at all times and follow safety policies and regulations including PPE and LOTO, etc.
Bachelor’s degree in mechanical/electrical/industrial engineer+ 2 years of experience at any manufacturing environment.Six Sigma and Lean Manufacturing knowledge is preferred.Excel and Power BI knowledge is preferred.Excellent interpersonal skills as demonstratedStrong leadership skillsAble to read, write and communicate in English
