Job Purpose
-To steer the engagement survey reporting, analysis and action planning. Run the yearly teambuilding program. Handling cultural programs and values rollout across the company.
Report To Position Name
Engagement\:
-Handling the engagement program and guide organization wide initiatives with continuous liaison with departments’ engagement champions to improve the organization engagement level.
-Manage annual Engagement Survey with Etisalat Group and present analysis to top management
Teambuilding\:
-Development and execution of the yearly Team Building activities across the organization.
Values rollout & Culture\:
-Handling all related cultural and corporate values rollout programs.
-Coordination with consultants to administrate cultural programs and initiatives.
