Job Purpose
Maintenance Engineer is responsible to receive, analyze and solve customer issues, as well as directing technicians to implement suggested solutions.

Receive tickets for ADSL customers, in order to analyze problems and solve the problem
Update database, NTS, ISP web with customers problems and solutions to efficiently track customer history
Direct technicians in centrals to solve customer problems efficiently and effectively to maintain customer satisfaction
