Job Purpose
End to end ownership of the consumer broadband indirect sales channel nationwide with the aim of\:
o Achieving sales targets, underscoring consistency & sustainability
o Expanding reach & ensuring availability (Market Share)
o enhancing revenue generation
o Increase and develop new accounts (Adsl and Voice)
Report To Position Name
Manage, monitor and assist dealers and agents with day-to-day sales operation to establish and build long-term relationship with trade partners and increase sales.
Following up with accounts performance (Adsl and Voice) on daily basis to catch monthly targets.
Provide resellers with proper coaching and training to deliver their goals.
Set plan to increase accounts portfolio with working with other products.
Execute trade activities & promotions to enhance performance and achievement
Auditing sales quality, areas and customer segments to get better results
