- Responsible for maintaining office cleanliness, supporting staff with routine tasks, and ensuring a well-organized work environment.
- Clean and organize workspaces, meeting rooms, kitchen, and common areas to ensure a neat and orderly office environment.
- Deliver documents, packages, and messages within the office as needed.
- Prepare tea, coffee, and other refreshments for staff and visitors.
- Monitor and refill office supplies such as paper, pens, and pantry items.
- Assist with basic administrative tasks as required, such as photocopying and filing.
- Basic education (high school diploma or equivalent preferred).
- Ability to follow instructions and complete tasks promptly.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Previous experience as an office boy or in a similar role is a plus.
