Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for an Operation Manager catering/corporates at Food Magic Group in New Cairo. The Operation Manager will be responsible for day-to-day operations, including coordinating and managing the operations of various food and beverage concepts, ensuring efficiency, profitability, and scalability.

Qualifications

• Operations Management, Event Planning, and Inventory Management skills
• Experience in Central kitchen/ Mass production
• Catering and corporates deals experience
• Strong financial acumen and budgeting skills
• Excellent leadership and team management abilities
• Customer service-oriented mindset and problem-solving skills
• Experience in the food and beverage industry
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Hospitality Management, or related field
• Knowledge of food safety regulations and compliance
• Effective communication and interpersonal skills
