ROLE and RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Collaborate with a graphic designer to produce high-quality marketing materials that align with ISC’s brand identity, ensuring consistency across all platforms. Excellent social media photography/videography skills and Excellent copywriting skills.
- Supervise a marketing intern to support the development and execution of marketing strategies, providing mentorship and ensuring that tasks are completed efficiently.
- Create and execute comprehensive social media strategies aligned with ISC's brand objectives and target audience. Stay updated with industry trends and best practices to drive engagement and increase brand visibility.
- Develop a comprehensive understanding of ISC's services, core values, and market positioning to effectively communicate the brand's value proposition to potential clients.
- Identify new business opportunities and target markets, actively engaging in client outreach to generate leads and grow the company's client base.
- Pitch ISC's project management consultancy services to potential clients, tailoring presentations to meet their specific needs and showcasing ISC's unique strengths.
- Collaborate with the sales and project teams to craft compelling proposals that align with client requirements and ISC’s capabilities.
- Establish and maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring consistent follow-ups to convert leads into long-term business partnerships.
- Creating brand awareness to gain audience attention.
- Knowledge of paid social media campaigns is a plus.
- Optimizing social media content effectively based on platform needs.
Essential Skills and Experience
- Bachelor’s degree in marketing, Communications, or a related field.
- Proven work experience as a Social Media Specialist or similar role.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Good background in business development.
- Strong creative thinking and content creation abilities.
- Detail-oriented with excellent organizational and time management skills.
- Ability to work effectively both independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
- Excellent knowledge of content dimensions based on each platform.
- Outstanding writing proofreading and editing skills.
