Attendance and Leaves Management:

  • Track daily attendance and monitor employee leave requests.
  • Ensure proper recording and review of daily attendance records.

Daily Employee-Related Adjustments:

  • Review and update employee-related daily reports (such as overtime, leaves, etc.).

Security Department Coordination:

  • Monitor the security department to ensure compliance with company safety protocols.

Transportation Department Oversight:

  • Supervise employee transportation services and ensure vehicle maintenance.

Cleanliness and Service Staff Supervision:

  • Oversee the cleaning and service teams to maintain workplace hygiene standards.

External Liaison:

  • Coordinate with external agencies such as labor offices, social insurance offices, and health insurance providers.

Employee Requests Management:

  • Handle and follow up on daily employee requests and concerns.

Payroll and Financial Transactions:

  • Prepare monthly payroll, employee dues, and advances.

Recruitment Support:

  • Assist in creating job advertisements and coordinating recruitment processes.
  • Screen resumes and conduct initial interviews with potential candidates.

Database Management:

  • Update and maintain employee records and HR databases.

Legal and Compliance Documentation:

  • Execute and monitor legal processes related to employee files and ensure compliance with labor laws.

Recruitment and Onboarding:

  • Assist in identifying recruitment needs, screening candidates, and facilitating smooth onboarding.
  • Support in developing job descriptions and posting job openings.

Organizational Development (OD):

  • Assist with basic OD activities such as employee engagement initiatives and performance appraisals.
  • Support in identifying employee development needs and coordinating training sessions.

Proven work experience as an HR Specialist or HR GeneralistHands-on experience with Human Resources Information Systems (HRIS), like BambooHR and PeopleSoftKnowledge of Applicant Tracking SystemsSolid understanding of labor legislation and payroll processFamiliarity with full cycle recruitingExcellent verbal and written communication skillsGood problem-solving abilitiesTeam management skillsBSc/MSc in Human Resources or relevant field
