- Follow and update the annual Manpower plan.
- Responsible for full recruitment cycle for White & Blue collars.
- Suggest proper media for approaching the right calibers.
- Post new vacancies.
- Create a pool of qualified candidates in advance of need.
- Screen the potential candidates.
- Follow up with the accepted candidates with preparing their hiring documents and their starting date.
- Responsible for orienting and explaining the strategy of the company to the new employees.
- Document interviews results (accepted/rejected/waiting, etc...) for future analysis.
- Attending Job Fairs.
- Conduct exit interviews for the resigned employees.
Bachelor’s degree (HR certificate is preferred).1-3 years of experience in the recruitment field.Strong communication and interpersonal skills.Strong awareness of recruitment process (white & blue collars).Professional user of MS Office applications.Very good command of English (spoken and written).
