E-commerce Merchandising Manager

An E-commerce Cosmetics Platform is seeking an E-commerce Merchandising Manager, you will play a crucial role in defining and executing our online merchandising strategy. Your focus will be on optimizing product selection, presentation, and promotions to enhance customer engagement and drive sales growth.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement merchandising strategies that maximize product visibility and sales across our e-commerce platforms
  • Monitor and analyze sales performance, customer behavior, and market trends to inform merchandising decisions
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, inventory management, and customer service, to ensure an integrated approach to merchandising
  • Manage product assortments, pricing, and promotional strategies to align with seasonal and campaign launches
  • Create and optimize product content, including descriptions and imagery, ensuring brand consistency and appeal to our target audience
  • Utilize analytics tools to track performance metrics and provide actionable insights for continuous improvement
  • Stay updated on e-commerce trends and innovations to enhance our merchandising practices


Requirements

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Merchandising, Marketing, Business, or a related field
  • 5+ years of experience in e-commerce merchandising or related roles
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and convert insights into action
  • Experience with e-commerce platforms and tools (e.g., Shopify, Google Analytics)
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills
  • Proven ability to manage multiple projects and priorities in a fast-paced environment
  • Proficient in digital marketing tactics and strategies
