Qualifications:Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, or a related field.5+ years of professional experience in graphic design, preferably in the real estate or marketing sectors.Strong portfolio showcasing a range of design work, including branding, print, and digital projects.Proficiency in design software such as Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign) and other relevant tools.Excellent understanding of typography, color theory, and layout principles.Strong communication skills and the ability to articulate design concepts to non-design stakeholders.Detail-oriented with a passion for delivering high-quality work that meets business objectives.Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team.
