Job Title: Technical Office Manager
Location: Orouba St., Masr El Gedida
Work Hours: 9 AM – 5 PM (Saturday and Sunday off)
Reporting to: Owner
Job Overview:
A leading furniture manufacturing company is looking for a Technical Office Manager with a solid
technical background in furniture production. This role requires a dynamic individual to act as the
primary liaison between the client and company, manage contracts, and drive project closures. The ideal
candidate will have at least 15 years of experience in the field and be responsible for a team of six,
reporting directly to the owner.
Key Responsibilities:
• Serve as the main point of contact for clients, ensuring clear and professional communication.
• Handle all aspects of contract management and agreements, including financial oversight.
• Prepare and present proposals for clients, ensuring alignment with project requirements.
• Coordinate between clients and internal teams to ensure smooth project execution.
• Oversee the financial aspects of projects and support the finance department as needed.
• Ensure timely closure of deals and projects, driving the sales process.
• Lead and manage a team of six, ensuring KPIs are met and maintaining high levels of
performance.
Requirements:
• Minimum of 15 years of experience, with a strong technical background in furniture production.
• Proven experience in handling contracts, client relationships, and project management.
• Fluent in English, with excellent communication and negotiation skills.
• Strong leadership abilities, capable of managing a small team.
• Familiarity with "Fnoun Tatbee2ia" is a plus.
