- • Ensure management of the logistics process receiving goods > stocking > picking > Material handling > shipping finished goods and wastes.
- • Enforce compliance with HSE and 5S rules throughout the sector
- • Strategically manage warehouse in compliance with company’s policies and vision
- • Optimize the warehouse layout, workflow, and utilization of space and equipment.
- • Prepare and analyze warehouse reports and metrics and identify areas for improvement.
- • Initiate, coordinate and enforce optimal operational policies and procedures
- • Adhere to all warehousing, handling and shipping legislation requirements
- • Supervise, train, and evaluate the warehouse staff and ensure their safety and productivity.
- • Prepare annual budget
- • Collaborate with other departments such as sales, purchasing, production, and quality assurance
- Issuing appropriate decisions on how to store them in accordance with the nature of the stocks
- Conduct a periodic inventory of stores
Bachelor’s degree in logistics, supply chain management, business administration, or related field5+ years of experience as a warehouse manager .Knowledge of warehouse operations and processes, food safety regulations and standards, inventory management, and logistics.Proficient in using warehouse management system (WMS) or other system to track and analyze warehouse performance.Excellent communication, leadership, problem-solving, and organizational skills.Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks and deadlinesStrong decision making and problem-solving skillsExcellent communication skills
