We are seeking a skilled and experienced Product and Project Manager with a strong background in Information Technology and software development, particularly in Laravel. The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing product management and project development, including system analysis, requirements gathering, and process optimization. A solid understanding of IT principles and experience in development are required, along with excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.

**Responsibilities:**
- Manage and lead project planning, execution, and delivery in alignment with business objectives.
- Oversee product development life cycle, including system analysis, requirement gathering, and documentation.
- Coordinate between cross-functional teams including developers, designers, and stakeholders.
- Analyze and optimize systems, workflows, and business processes to ensure efficiency and scalability.
- Utilize Laravel or similar frameworks to assist in technical discussions and decisions when necessary.
- Track project progress, timelines, and milestones, ensuring successful delivery within scope and budget.
- Identify, assess, and mitigate potential risks throughout the project lifecycle.
- Provide technical insights and solutions to improve product quality and performance.

**Qualifications:**
- Proven experience in project and product management within an IT setting.
- Strong understanding and hands-on experience in software development, particularly with Laravel or similar frameworks.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to make informed decisions.
- Ability to effectively communicate technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Experience with Agile or other project management methodologies is preferred.
- Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field is an advantage.
