- Conducts random inspection checks ensuring their total compliance to QC checklist. Escalates problems, when needed, for corrective actions.
- Establishes program to evaluate precision and accuracy of production equipment and testing, measurement, and analytical equipment and facilities.
- Supervises the inspection activities for the defected products and reports the “Defect Product” to the CEO to determine the number and type of defects for review and approval.
- Follows up & maintains measurement of the equipment and ensures their efficient functionality.
- Conducts inspection checks on the new material before entering the Warehouse.
- Conducts testing activities for the new raw material on the production line and reports all observations, and submits to the the CEO for review and corrective actions.
- Prepares the QC daily reports reflecting QC activities, and submits to the CEO on monthly basis for review and approval.
- Ensures that all processes and products pass the specified quality approved procedures.
Bachelor's degree in engineering.A minimum of 2-6 years in QC department.Good Knowledge about systems, procedures and Audits (ISO, etc.)Very Good in English Spoken and written.Very good communication skills.Good learning and troubleshooting skills.Problem analysis and solving.Well planned and organized.Preferably previous experience in metal field.
