Inside Sales Representative
This role requires an entrepreneurial mindset combined with sales process integrity. You are eager to not only become an expert in our technology, but also in the Physical Security industry. As an ISR, you will play a pivotal role in showcasing Securna Solutions. Additionally, you will be nurturing relationships and assisting in creating a pipeline of physical security enterprise solutions for our outside sales representatives. This is a remote position offering competitive salary, commission, and benefits.

Requirements.Proven track record in sales, preferably in technology or physical security fields.Experience with inbound and outbound lead management.Experience managing a sales pipeline from lead to close.Proficiency in pipeline and CRM fundamentals.Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.Strong organizational skills to manage leads, scheduling, and pipeline.Strong understanding of consultative sales techniques to translate product features into customer benefits.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively engage prospects.Results-driven mindset with the ability to meet and exceed sales targets.Familiarity with physical security concepts and technology is a plus.SD-WAN sales experience is a plus.Self-motivated and able to work independently as well as part of a collaborative team. ResponsibilitiesRespond to inbound leads systematically, promptly, and professionally. Ability to engage potential customers in meaningful conversations to understand their needs.Ability to qualify leads as valid prospective customers.Demonstrate our physical security Solutions and products.Use consultative sales techniques to drive deals down funnel to close.Forecast, meet, and exceed quota.Align closely with marketing and product teams to develop and implement strategies.Collaborate with the outside sales team to identify potential enterprise clients to create a pipeline of physical security enterprise solutions. Utilize networking and lead generation strategies to engage prospects and schedule appointments for outside sales representatives.Intelligence and understanding of the competitive industry landscape. RoleOwn and Close opportunities on products with short sales cycles.Generate leads through outbound multi-channel lead generation strategies.
