•Leading, monitoring, and developing HR Delta team members for all responsibilities:
•Engagement, coaching, and integration among all customers, meeting requests, solving problems and obstacles they face internal or external towards smoothing the workflow aligned with business objectives and organization values & culture through weekly and monthly periodic visits to the branches.
• Implement monthly onboarding programs for new hiring employees in the Delta Region.
• Follow up on all administrative work, including receiving employee files,
recording their data on the system, preparing job tools, as well as
compensation, monthly benefits, and payroll bank method.
• Provide weekly and monthly reports such as updated headcount in terms of
resignations, hiring, transfer, HRIS, analytics reports and present it in monthly
and quarterly meetings with management.
• Participation in training to develop functional and strategic awareness, skills
development for team members and district employees.
• Participation in investigations for any wrong practices that are outside the
professional context regarding work law.
• Participation in implementing the PMS regarding competencies and rating scales.
• Bachelor's Degree / HR Diploma Perfect • Minimum experience 5 years in HR field• Perfect user in MS Office Skills, ERP system• Very good at a minimum English level • Excellent communication, Strong interpersonal, presentation, and leadership skills
