Key Responsibilities:
- Recruitment and Staffing:
- Assist in the full-cycle recruitment process, including job postings, resume screening, interviewing, and onboarding.
- Employee Relations:
- Serve as a point of contact for employee inquiries and concerns.
- Mediate and resolve employee conflicts and grievances.
- Promote a positive workplace culture through engagement initiatives.
Performance Management: - Support the performance appraisal process, providing guidance to managers and employees.
- Assist in the development and implementation of training programs to enhance employee performance and skills
- Compliance and Policy Management:
- Ensure compliance with labor laws and regulations.
- Update and maintain HR policies and employee handbooks.
- Assist in audits and compliance reporting.
HR Administration: - Maintain employee records and HR databases.
- Process payroll and benefits administration in collaboration with the finance department.
- Prepare reports and analyze HR metrics to inform decision-making.
Training and Development: - Identify training needs and facilitate employee development initiatives.
- Coordinate orientation and onboarding programs for new hires.
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.3-5 years of experience in HR or related roles.Knowledge of employment laws and regulations.Strong interpersonal and communication skills.Proficient in MS Office Suite and HR software (e.g., HRIS).Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information.Preferred Skills:Professional certification (e.g., SHRM-CP, PHR) is a plus.Experience with employee engagement and retention strategies.
