This is a full-time hybrid role as a Quality Engineering Manager at BAVARIA Egypt S.A.E. based in Cairo, Egypt, with flexibility for some remote work.
The Quality Engineering Manager will oversee day-to-day quality control, quality management, quality assurance, supplier quality, and engineering management activities to ensure the highest standards are met.
• Manage and lead the quality operations and activities to ensure a high level of quality of raw materia.
• Handling customer complaints analysis & diagnosis of the defects root causes, define of the corrective actions and preventive action of the problems to be solved.
• Eliminate the waste, improve the process and product specification to meet our customer needs.
