Requirements:
-Education : Physician, Dentistry or Pharmacy degree
-post-grade : Certified professional in healthcare quality
And/or Total quality management diploma
-Experience : 5 years experience
Job description:
-Design, manage and monitor the effective compliance to
the hospital policies and procedures
-Builds, and monitors implementation and effectiveness of
the hospital's Quality Management and Improvement
System.
-Manage the reporting cycle and investigation of
occurrence variance reports.
-Support and lead the adoption of international healthcare
quality standards.
-Trains and certifies in-house performance and quality
improvement trainers for various performance and quality
improvement training programs.
