Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Computing Presales professional at Power-egy in Nasr City. The role involves analyzing customer needs, providing consultation, ensuring customer service excellence, and delivering presales support to meet client requirements.
Qualifications
- Analytical Skills and Consulting abilities in vendors (hp, Dell & lenovo)
- Excellent Communication skills and Customer Service orientation
- Experience in Presales activities related to computing and printing .
- Ability to collaborate effectively in a team
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field
- Relevant certifications in IT or Sales
- experiance at least 3 years.
